In January 2023 Luxreaders ApS acquired the assest from Cloos ApS (The Danish entity behind Christopher Cloos activities in Europe, which filed for bankruptcy in December 2022).

The Danish entity is administrated by a Danish bankruptcy trustee, lawyer Teis Gullitz-Wormslev, Kromann Reumert. Any claims against the Danish entity - Cloos ApS in bankruptcy - regarding the period prior to the bankruptcy (16 December 2022) can be filed via e-mail to tsvs@kromannreumert.com.

The Danish trustee does not manage the US activities (Cloos Inc.) and claims related to the US platform/webshop cannot be filed to the Danish trustee.
